Join us for a presentation led by the Avian Records Committee of Connecticut (ARCC) Committee Chair Frank Mantlik as he shares what ARCC is, what role they play in Connecticut birding, the efforts being led by their members to better understand historical rare bird encounters, and how the Connecticut birding community can contribute.
