Come along for a Winter Birding Walk at Ridgefield’s Shadow Lake Preserve! The winter months are a great time to look for and learn about bird species that may not live here year-round. If you tend to assume every duck you see is a Mallard, this walk will change that! Binoculars are recommended as well as supportive shoes – the trail passes through some rocky areas alongside the pond.
This program is in partnership with the Ridgefield Conservation Commission
This event is for adults and families. Registration is free but required.
