DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, May 9\, 2026\n1:00pm – 3:00pm\nGriswold Point\nOld Lyme\, CT\nMembers: $13\nNon-members: $18\n\n\n\nThe Connecticut River is a major migratory flyway for shorebirds\, as many species use the river as a feature on their journeys north. We’ll search for sandpipers and plovers at one of the best spots in southeastern CT. \nThe walk will be approximately 1 mile on level sandy terrain. Exposure to sun\, heat\, and wind possible depending on weather.
