Greetings, fellow birders!
If you are not yet a member, please consider joining COA, the Connecticut Ornithological Association.
We are an all-volunteer, statewide organization completely dedicated to birding and birders in CT. We are citizen scientists. We are major contributors and supporters of such statewide birding activities as the CT Bird Atlas. We offer several birding workshops each year that are free and open to the public and we maintain the COA calendar where we post birding events across the state. We manage the CTBirds list-serve, which has nearly 1500 subscribers (of whom less than half are COA members).
So, join us today and give us a greater voice in our quest to preserve our natural resources and the birds that call our state their home.
