CT Audubon Eco-Travel: Croft Preserve Field Trip
May 23 @ 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
Located in Goshen, our Croft Preserve is within one of the largest contiguous forest blocks in the state. The fantastic mix of habitats found throughout the preserve are the historic home of uncommon and rare breeding species, including Ruffed Grouse and American Goshawk. Since the property is managed primarily for wildlife, the terrain is steep and challenging to navigate. The property also is home to moose, porcupines, and more.
