Join teacher-naturalist Maggie Watson for a spring bird walk! On the second day of Connecticut Trails Weekend, we’ll explore the trails along Eisenhower Park and look for migratory and nesting woodland birds. Beginner birders are welcome, and this program is great for all ages (5+).

This will be a casual walk on level, but unpaved ground. Please bring good walking shoes, binoculars, and water. We will have a limited supply of binoculars to loan out if needed. There are bathrooms on site at Eisenhower Park near the Splash Pad.

This walk is subject to cancellation in the event of bad weather.

While this event is free, registration is required to ensure we maintain capacity limits. When you arrive, please park near the pickleball courts as we will be beginning the walk at the trails near the parking lot.
