There are over 450 species of birds found in Connecticut, and only a handful are not native to the state. The effects these birds have on the environment and on us vary, and some have become among the most common, and well-loved, birds in the state. In this webinar, Conservation & Education Coordinator Joe Attwater will discuss which species have been introduced to Connecticut and how they got here, as well as the effects introduced species can have on our native birds.
