Join us for a workshop on identifying sea ducks at Harkness State Park in Waterford on January 13, 2018 at 8AM. End time of 11AM is approximate. Loons, Grebes,Scoters, Eiders, Mergansers and maybe an alcid (Razorbill) all possible. Unusual gulls, Northern Gannet, Purple Sandpipers, Great Cormorants and others may add to our enjoyment. We will share a handout reviewing key identification points (compiled by Chris Loscalzo) in preparation for our viewing from the shore. Bring a scope if you have one.
